You are welcome to send us a message through the web site "Let's Chat" option down below on your right.  We will always respond to customers with questions as soon as we can. 

 

You are welcome to ask any questions about any of our leather products at any time.  You can copy the URL or the name of any product and paste it in the chat window to reference any items.

Choose Your Products

Choose the products you are interested in.  Consider if you would like to purchase one item, a couple of items, or an archery set.

 

We encourage you to consider a Custom Matching Archery Equipment Set of items that might include a quiver, arm guard, belt, a waist. bag or pouch, or any custom items.  We offer discounts when you purchase several items or a matching archery set.

Measurements

Please carefully read our Measurement Instructions and and make sure to measure yourself if you are ordering a back quiver, shoulder quiver, arm guards or belts.  We will need your measurements to cater and size these items correctly for your.  When you check out, please include these measurements in your Notes in your shopping cart

Add A Note - Specify Right Hand or Left Hand, Customizations, Sizes & Measurements

At the bottom of your shopping cart, you will see a link option to "Add A Note".  Click this and enter any comments you have. 

 

Make sure to specify in your notes if you are right-handed or left-handed.

If you want exactly the same items as shown on the site, then please specify this.

​

If you chose a belt, back quiver or shoulder quiver, then please take measurements, as shown in the Measurements section of our site here.

We showcase our products and prices according to the design and level of work required.  This way, the price you see for an item reflects your price that you will pay even with included standard customizations.  If you want to make similar customization as shown in the photos, this is included as long as the requests are similar to what is pictured, and we encourage you to do this to make the final item produce truly your own. 

 

Most of our customers chose a design similar to what is pictured and there are not usually additional fees.  We can accommodate common customizations that are inclusive of the design with most orders without any additional fees.  This includes common items such as size, leather colors, and included design elements such as the style or art design.  As long as your custom requests are similar to the items pictures, the price should be the same and there is usually not an extra charge.

 

Special Customizations

However, we encourage you to consider special customizations to incorporate your archery inspiration and bring your own unique personalization to the design of your items.  This makes your product truly special and personalized.  We love these projects and these special customizations are what really make the leather items you order original and unique.  


If you want any special customizations, we love to accommodate these requests.  Please specify these in your notes.  Common customization requests include special artwork to be engraved in the leather, engraving of names, large ornate detailed designs, or including a sculpted leather engraving leveraging photographs that our customers provide.

Please keep in mind there may be a small additional fee which we will discuss and agree with you when required for special customizations.  The price is usually relatively minimal when compared to the overall price and the quality of the work and the value of these special custom requests

Please do not hesitate to contact us to ask any questions you might have about special customizations or any other question.  We will follow up with you to confirm all customizations and custom requests.

You can also send us sketches, photographs or descriptions of patterns, symbols or pictures that you would like to see added onto any product as a decoration or leather engraving.

Specify Your Contact Info, Measurements &  Customization Requests in Your Notes

You are welcome to leave any additional special instructions.  Please make sure to leave us your measurements and any special customization requests.  Please also to make sure to leave your email address for us.    You are always welcome to chat with us first via the "Let's Chat" link below on the right!  We will respond usually within a day or so via email if you leave your address for us.

Showcasing & Confirming Your Initial Design


We we will create digital sketch of the product for you, which can be discussed and any changes you request can be made at this stage.


After the sketch of the quiver is approved, if there are any additional customization costs, we will calculate the final cost of the product and provide any difference for you.

​

At your request, we will be happy to showcase to you your initial design.  We start all of our designs leveraging patterns and digitally render these first.  These patterns are utilized to produce the final leather versions.  We can email you or message you via Facebook or Instagram with images of the initial designs.  

​

From here, you can specify any color changes, design requests, or customizations you may wish to make.  We will render these and create an updated digital design image and send this back to you to confirm the changes.  

 

This part of the process is one of our most important phases, as this is where we incorporate your unique ideas and where we cater the product to meet all your design preferences.  Here. all of your inspiration is incorporated, and it's this part of the process that ultimately leads to our customers being so happy with out work.

Don't be shy about expressing everything you want included in your final design, as this is the right phase in which to do this!

Keeping You Updated on Our Progress
At your request, we will be happy to keep you updated on the progress of your order.  We can email you updates send you photos and videos of the process of making your order via Facebook or Instagram.


After the work is completed, we will send you photos of the final product that ready for shipment.  We rarely have any further changes at this point if we did a good job in the the initial design phase.  However, if at this point you have any final requested changes, updates, or suggestions, we do our very best to accommodate these.  We work diligently to make sure you are fully satisfied and happy with the final product before shipping.


After sending the order, you will receive an email with the tracking number of the parcel. The average delivery time for a parcel shipment is 2-3 weeks. Please note that sometime delivery delays do occur may be longer due to reasons beyond our control, as the shipping companies do sometimes have issues and delays.


Payment

We recommend you contact us for customizations on items before making any payment.  We accept Pay Pay for all of our custom orders.  Once we have your initial customizations request, we can also provide you with an estimated lead time for what we need to custom hand-make your items.

To ensure the security of your payment, we only accept PayPal. The PayPal system is not only a convenient payment system, but also one of the safest for making purchases from abroad. If you don't receive the item that you ordered, or it shows up significantly different from its description, you may qualify for PayPal Purchase Protection, and PayPal will reimburse you for the full purchase price plus any original shipping costs, subject to terms and limitations.

​

As an additional guarantee and for your convenience, we offer you a two-part payment method: 50% prepayment after discussing all the details of the order, 50% - after the order is completed and you receive confirmation that everything is done exactly as you wanted.  We will email you and send pictures and updates throughout the custom process.  We will also send you detail images prior to any order being shipped so that we can ensure you are completely satisfied prior to mailing your order.  We will make sure you are 100% satisfied before shipping any items as our customer satisfaction guarantee.

Shipping

Please note that production times may vary depending on the number of products in the order, the complexity of processing and the number of current orders. For example, on average, the production of one quiver takes 2-3 weeks.  We will then ship your order with tracking which usually takes 2-3 weeks to arrive.  We promise you the the wait will be worth it and you can see this in the testimonials and comments left by our customers!  You can click here to review additional Shipping Details.

For Non-Customized Items:  Add Items to Your Shopping Cart

Although we strongly encourage you to contact us first to ensure we create the perfect customized archiery items for you, we also do have an online shopping cart. 

 

If you want to order the precise product exactly as it is shown in the pictures, with no changes or customizations, then simply add this to your shopping cart which is the cart icon in the upper right of the site.  This shows the preview of your cart.  Click View Cart to see the details and prepare to check out.

Proceed to Checkout

Proceed to checkout.  Make sure your order looks correct.  Check the quantities and make any changes you wish.

Checkout

Under Your Order Summary on the right, click the Estimate Shipping and Taxes link and input your shipping information, Country, State and Zip Code.  The site will automatically calculate and display your shipping costs and your taxes.  

 

Once everything looks correct, and making sure you entered your notes, click Checkout.

​

Double check to make sure to enter your correct shipping address where your items will be delivered.

We will process the order and contact you directly to confirm your order details and make sure you are happy with your selection.  We will confirm your size, measurements, and also ask if you have any additional customizations you would like to make.
