Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping Policy

Although many of our customers are in the USA, we ship globally to customers around the world.  We hand-make our leather products and they are customized and catered precisely to our customers needs and requests individually.  This process takes time and our  to hand-make our custom leather products usually takes about 2-3 weeks.  Shipping usually take 2-3 weeks from the time the product is shipped until it reaches our customers.  So, the time it takes from the start of our work until our customers receive their purchase usually takes about 45 days (usually 6 weeks).  We utilize tracking numbers on all our shipments and provide the tracking numbers to our customers so you can track your shipment in progress and will know when it will arrive.  Shipping prices are clearly shown during your checkout and we do our best to keep shipping costs at a minimum. 

Return & Exchange Policy

We ensure every customer is 100% satisfied with their purchase.   The custom  leather process is interactive and we communicate with our customers throughout.  We showcase pictures of the products as they are being completed.  We check in with our customers to provide pictures and updates as we work to finalize the products.  We take feedback and suggestions from our customers along the way as well to ensure all their requests and preferences are met.  This method allows us to give our customers not only a preview of the products along the way as they are finalized, but also to make sure you are happy with the final products.  We have found this method works extremely well and results in very happy customers. We have rarely had a dissatisfied customer using this approach.  However, if any of our customers were to be dissatisfied, we do our very best to make it right.
